SPECIAL EDUCATION

Special education is specially designed instruction, support and services provided to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) requiring an individually designed instructional program to meet their unique learning needs. The purpose of special education is to enable students to successfully develop to their fullest potential.

Special Education process involves the individually planned and systematically monitored arrangement of teaching procedures, adapted equipment and materials, and accessible settings. These interventions are designed to help students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to achieve a higher level of personal self-sufficiency and success in home, school and their community.

At Sparsh Special School, Hyderabad Special Education programscustomized to address each individual student's unique needs. Our Special Educators provide a continuum of services, in which students with Autism Spectrum Disorder receives varying degrees of support based on their individual needs.

At Sparsh, an Autism School, Hyderabad, where all students with special needs are assessed to determine their specific strengths and weaknesses. Placement, resources, and goals are determined on the basis of the student's needs. Accommodations and Modifications to the IEP may include changes in the curriculum, equipment, and the provision of specialized physical adaptations that allow students to participate in the educational environment as much as possible.

Sparsh Special School believes in goal directedaction plan which must have an individualized Education Program (IEP) that distinguishes their particular needs. The child must get the services that are designed for them. These services will allow them to reach their annual goals which will be assessed at the end of each term along with short-term goals that will be assessed every 3 months.
